    Final Finals
I am happy to report that this week is my FINAL final week (not counting the bar exam).

Today, as I was studying for my First Amendment final tomorrow, I discovered that I was not the only one thinking about the First Amendment. Indeed, my friends William Rehnquist, Nino Scalia and Clarence Thomas were also thinking about it. Indeed, Mr. Rehnquist decided to narrow the Free Exercise Clause, much to the chagrin of Nino and Clarence. Here's what he was thinking about:

Won't I be a hot rod when I talk about the opinion in my final tomorrow? :)

We're looking forward to our trip up to Vermont this weekend, where we'll ski at this place: http://www.smuggs.com. If the weather cooperates, that is. From Iceland to Vermont, I am really looking forward to some WARM WEATHER. You can see how much snow we got in Iceland here: http://bfn.org/~ai490/iceland.html

    Can't wait to start co-op! :)

    International Law Paper
So here is the thought of the week:

"Is international law still relevant or legitimate in 2004?"

It's actually the topic of my take-home exam for International Law.

My premise is that it is only relevant when it is in a country's best interest to recognize it, thereby reducing its legitimacy. Any thoughts??
